Interconnection · National + International

Reach is built
on real wires.

Chadeva interconnects directly with the national operators of Spain and Mexico through bilateral SS7/MAP agreements, and with the major international hubs through the GSMA AA.19 framework. Every message and every call traverses the shortest possible path.

National — Spain 🇪🇸

Bilateral interconnection with every Spanish MNO.

Direct voice and SMS bilateral agreements with the four operators that hold mobile spectrum in Spain. The interconnection happens at the Spanish exchange, not through a foreign hub.

National — Mexico 🇲🇽

Same model. Different country.

In Mexico, the same direct-interconnection model with the national mobile operators — Telcel, AT&T México, and the Altan wholesale 4G network — under the LFTR Article 127 mandatory-interconnection regime.

MNO Telcel América Móvil · voice + SMS
MNO AT&T México Voice + SMS bilateral
Wholesale Altan Redes 4G wholesale · SMS & data

Operated through Esmero Soluciones de México, S.A., the Chadeva group's Mexican entity, registered with the IFT (currently in institutional transition to the Agencia de Transformación Digital y Telecomunicaciones).

International — AA.19

The GSMA standard,
with the partners that matter.

For traffic that originates or terminates outside Spain and Mexico, Chadeva operates under the GSMA AA.19 Standard International Roaming and Interconnect Agreement for SMS — the framework that governs how mobile operators exchange messaging traffic across borders. We hold AA.19-equivalent agreements with the most reputable international hubs.

The international wholesale market already treats Chadeva as a peer to the traditional MNOs. The regulator is catching up.

What this means for integrators

Cleaner routes. Better deliverability.
Auditable trail.

01 / Latency

Fewer hops

Direct bilateral interconnection means SMS and voice traffic doesn't traverse three or four intermediaries on its way to the destination. Latency is lower, delivery is faster, and the trail is auditable end to end.

02 / Compliance

Full traceability

Every message and every call generates a Call Detail Record on the Chadeva platform. Audit trail available for the integrator and for the regulator. No grey routes, no SIM farms, no artificially inflated traffic.

03 / Margins

Healthier economics

The fewer intermediaries between the originator and the destination, the more margin remains in the chain for the integrator and the operator. Chadeva passes on the structural benefit of direct interconnection.

Iberoamerican expansion · 2025–2027

Spain. Mexico.
Next: the rest of LATAM.

The Chadeva group is building local-operator presence in the most relevant LATAM markets, with bilateral interconnection at every step. Colombia, Argentina and Chile are on the immediate roadmap.
